Working cooperatively with Bed & Breakfast and Farmstay Queensland a new Gift Voucher System has been designed, just in time for Christmas Holiday Shopping!
What are the benefits?
The new combined Gift Voucher for BBFNSW-ACT and BBFQ will be featured on both association websites
The Gift Voucher will be redeemable throughout NSW, ACT and Queensland - offering considerable flexibility for the consumer
Members redeeming the combined Gift Voucher will be paid the full face value of the voucher! NO MORE COMMISSIONS!
The new Gift Voucher has been launched on the BBFNSW-ACT website with a Special Christmas Shopping Offer of no fees until end Jan '09 - after this time a single administrative charge may be applied to each purchase (this is under discussion by your board). Click here to view the Gift Voucher Order Page or Member Information.
A BBFNSW-ACT public newsletter featuring the new combined Gift Voucher and encouraging purchases and bookings over the Christmas period will be sent out shortly.
What is the difference between the new BBFNSW-ACT & Qld Gift Voucher and the BBFAA (BBFA) National Voucher?
The BBFAA National voucher is redeemable by members with a 10% commission of the face value deducted, under the new BBFNSW-ACT & Qld scheme, there will be no "profits" in the form of fees retained by your Association.
The BBFAA National voucher is redeemable by BBFNSW-ACT members only up until the 31st July 2009. Your participation in the new Gift Voucher scheme has no limits on it.
Enquires about the new BBFNSW-ACT & Qld voucher are handled by the BBFNSW-ACT office in NSW (Ph: 02 9871 7417) and BBFAA voucher enquiries are handled by the BBFAA office in Victoria (Ph: 03 9431 5417).
NOTE: It is important for members to ask people wishing to use a "Bed & Breakfast and Farmstay" voucher for a booking which voucher they hold. The BBFAA National voucher can be visually differentiated by the image of a Kangaroo on the physical voucher. The new combined BBFNSW-ACT & Qld Gift Voucher is plainer with no images except the logo.
We encourage the active participation of all members in this new scheme and we welcome any feedback you might like to provide us.
BBFQ and BBFNSW-ACT are in discussion with Bed & Breakfast and Farmstay North Queensland with a view to making the coverage of the new Gift Voucher even wider – to our benefit and to the benefit of the travelling public.
